PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders and typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside of the United States of America.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to stay updated on your shipment’s progress.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sleepeasy.me within 5 days of delivery. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
